Expression Series – Virtual

Are you looking for a new way to express yourself or for a new way to guide you through the healing process? Come join the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation for our online virtual discovery of self expression, every 4th Thursday of the month, 7:00pm -8:30pm PST. Learn new ways to process and express your burn injury, your current state of emotions, or anything else you’re holding onto, through movement, art, writing and music. Space is limited so make sure you sign up early!
Although this series is designed for burn survivors, it is open to all members of our burn community – including volunteers and supporters.
